V for Vendetta

“Remember, remember, the 5th of November
The Gunpowder Treason and plot;
I know of no reason why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.”

"This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-a-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V."

"Artist make paintings to say the truth, Politicians make to hide."

"Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. There is an idea Mr. Creedy and ideas are bulletproof."

"The only verdict is vengeance. The vendetta."

"Creedy: We’ve swept this place. All you’ve got are your knives and your karate gimmicks. We’ve got guns.

V: No, what you have are bullets, and the hope that when your guns are empty I am no longer standing, because if I am… you’ll all be dead before you’ve reloaded."

Watch it. It is worth watching just for the dialogues.

Here's a wiki entry of the movie Directed by James McTeigue, Produced by Joel Silver and The Wachowski brothers, Written by Wachowski brothers and Starring Hugo Weaving (Agent Smith of Matrix) and Natalie Portman.
